Urine Spike Tracing (“UST”) DISCLAIMER: UST analyses are performed by research laboratories using technology recognized by international scientific literature.
The results of UST analysis have not yet been clinically validated and should
therefore be considered solely as part of the research activities for the non-profit ZeroSpike project. The results contained in any UST report are made available exclusively to authorized physicians and refer exclusively to urine samples analyzed by an independent laboratory and may not be reproduced, even in part. The results of the UST report, prepared by laboratories selected by the ZeroSpike research team, cannot and should not be used for any medical decision. UST reports are intended
exclusively for the scientific understanding of spike protein concentrations in the human body and the denaturation process carried out by Augmented NAC and other detoxification processes in the body.
By using UST reports, a free data analysis service offered by the ZeroSpike project (part of the Italian civil society association Federazione Rinascimento Italia – FRI), the user accepts the following terms and conditions:
Content
UST analyses and reports are for informational and scientific research purposes only regarding the spike protein and are in no way a substitute for personal consultation, examination, or diagnosis by a licensed physician. As a general rule, no diagnosis or treatment recommendations can be made based on UST reports. The content is intended to support healthcare professionals and scientists in their research activities without any obligation.
The content provided in UST reports cannot be used to make independent diagnoses and prescribe medications, nor to use other healthcare products or treatment methods. Please always consult your doctor or pharmacist!
The content provided by the ZeroSpike project with the UST reports has been carefully compiled and meets high quality standards. Medical and scientific knowledge is subject to constant change due to scientific research and developments in medical practice. The content is regularly checked for accuracy and updated. We attach great importance to the correct presentation of research results in a form that is understandable to non-experts. However, neither we nor any third party assume any responsibility for the completeness, correctness, accuracy, and timeliness of all content in any UST report. Only a medical diagnosis can provide a reliable basis for decisions.
Contracts
The use of any UST report does not constitute a contractual relationship, in particular a consulting or information contract. In this regard, there are no contractual rights against the FRI, its ZeroSpike research project, or third parties involved in the creation of UST reports. No liability is assumed for inaccuracies, errors, missing or outdated information, or their incorrect transmission, nor for any damages resulting therefrom. In particular, we assume no liability for events beyond our control (force majeure). To the extent that a UST report contains third-party content or links to such content, we are not responsible for the content of such offers.
Property rights
The copyright of the content provided in UST reports remains the exclusive property of FRI and its ZeroSpike research project. We have the exclusive right to use all content in any UST report. Any reproduction or use of such texts, images, graphics, and multimedia documents in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without the express written consent of a legal representative of FRI. Copying, downloading, modifying, disseminating (including framing), distributing, and storing the content of any UST report, except for caching for the purpose of reading the UST report, is not permitted without express authorization. Any violation will be prosecuted.
Framing and linking
The content of UST reports is not subject to the influence or control of FRI. FRI and its ZeroSpike research project are therefore not responsible for the content, availability, correctness, accuracy, or timeliness of any UST report. FRI assumes no responsibility for damages or obligations arising from the use of any UST report.
